My Approach
For people who are living in the aftermath of trauma, my first goal is to equip you with coping skills and tools before processing difficult thoughts and feelings. Together we will develop a sense of safety in relationships, your body, your mind, and in your environment. Your process of trauma recovery is unique to you and the goal is not to make you feel better about the trauma but to make peace with your mind and body going forward. Finally, we will integrate what you’ve learned into a more compassionate understanding of yourself, your value, and your life’s vision going forward.
